ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

MARCH 10, 2005

7:00 P.M. Called meeting to order. Present: Paula Keefe, Richard Gorden, Ellen

Abelson and Mark Mazur

1. The Board reviewed and approved the minutes to their 3/3/05 meeting.

2. The Board read a letter from the appellant in a fiscal 2004 commercial ATB case,

continuing the scheduled hearing date for approximately one month to 4/12/05.

3. The Board read a letter from the ATB notifying us that an appellant who lost a case at

the ATB was appealing that decision to a higher court.

4. The Board reviewed the final version of a letter to the Board of Selectmen on

Supplemental Tax Assessment on New Construction.

5. The Board completed a performance evaluation of the Administrative Assessor

for calendar 2004.

6. The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2005 applications for abatement

on the following real estate parcels:
